# Christoph Winter > Assistant Professor of Law and AI at the University of Cambridge and director of the Institute for Law & AI (LawAI) and the Cambridge Programme on AI Science & Policy (CASP). Christoph Winter serves as an independent scientific expert advising on the EU Code of Practice for general-purpose AI.
